Topics covered:

1) Biological Changes during Puberty

Find out what happens in your body during puberty and why these changes are necessary. Why does my body smell different? Why must girls get their menses? Why does my stomach hurt during my period? What is a normal discharge?

2) Religious Obligations after Puberty

What is wajib for me to do? What can I not do during my period? How do I know my period has finished and I can start praying? What ibadah can I do during my period?
