Topics covered:

1) Biological Changes during Puberty
Find out what happens in your body during puberty and why these changes are necessary. Why am I suddenly growing hair everywhere? What do I need to do to combat the body odour? What is a wet dream?

2) Religious Obligations after Puberty
What is wajib for me to do? How do I do my obligatory bath after a wet dream? What if I don't do the obligatory bath? Can I still pray?
